ACSOD Blue Lotus Model Overview
Modelling as a semi step-up-/ all-rounder in the new ‘’Lotus Series’’. The Blue Lotus is excellent for those bigger days on any point or beach break where there’s a lot of water moving, and paddle power is crucial for getting in the spot to catch that gem.
Keeping the majority of the original Lotus’s characteristics as a base, I increased the length and added a nice rounded pintail for hold. This also created a nice longer outline curve. The entry and exit rocker have been lifted to fit into a steeper, suckier wave face, and the chimed rails are slightly lowered for engagement in quality surf.
Creating an effortless board to surf, maintaining the same lively performance as the original Lotus yet holding its rail in larger surf. Perfect as your next travel board or for your daily surfing endeavours.

such a fun board, really unique feel with the chimed rails. paddles like a dream and turns really easily. The slight hip in the tail helped release turns at the perfect time, yet stills holds a rail extremely well through bottom turns and drawn out carves. I've had a ton of fun on this board in shoulder to double over head size waves, and have had a ton of people ask about the board due to it's unique rails and nose. I would love to see how it would go on the points up north, I have mostly been surfing punchy beachies and a local slab on it and it has not failed to impress. would highly recommend this board in your quiver.
